Your payment is due immediately upon acceptance into the program.
No refund will be issued for any unused portion of your six-month package.
Following payment, you will receive information on how to schedule your first appointment. Please email support@loriputnam.com should you wish to defer your start to a later month. Your first appointment will be based on your application. Unless Lori contacts you otherwise, no additional images or information is required prior to your first appointment. Welcome!
One-Time Payment Total: $2865 USD
You will pay your total cost now. Your initial application fee of $35 has been deducted from the total cost of the program.
Monthly Payment Option Total: $3000 USD
You will be billed $500 now, and $500 per month for a total of six payments. This cost covers additional fees incurred for monthly charges. Your initial application fee of $35.00 has been deducted from the total cost of the program.
